With the insides of the case suitably rusted / aged, I set about cutting a window so you could see all that hard work.
With Dremel in hand, a few minutes later and voila, a window. To fill the void, I used 6 mm Lexan sheet because this stuff cracks when you heat it with a heatgun, allowing me to give it an aged look.
I drilled "bullet holes" into the Lexan window and finished them off with my Dremel to add cracks around their edges.
The industrial look was accentuated by the use of pop rivets around the window.
The case ageing process now moved to the exterior...
